DELEGATION ASSEMBLY, PHILIPPINES
With the joy of the Risen Lord, we gathered as one delegation in Zamboanga City, last April 10-15, 2012, the best place for all of us. We dedicated two days for the evaluation of our pastoral centers individually, then as a community, since we have not done the evaluation in the community.
The next day, half day we spent for recreation. We went to the beach. Thanks to our parish priest, Fr. Mars Villagracia, who willingly drove us to the beach with his car for free. After the beach, the priest invited us for a merienda of buko pie and ice cream. It was indeed a special treat to celebrate the resurrection of the Lord. In the afternoon until the next day, we had the planning and scheduling for the next school year. The next two and a half days were dedicated to the formation as a re-echo of the formation that Sr. Myrna attended entitled “Transformative Leadership”. It was a bit heavy, but very enriching, formative, informative and transformative. Everyone appreciated the said module of formation. We saw that our style of leadership is not far from what we have as a Congregation. Over and above, we appreciated and loved the company and bond of communion as sisters that we shared in these days.
